Academic Excellence

The Department of Surgery plays a pivotal role in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education

We provide comprehensive surgical education to MBBS students, including interactive lectures, clinical ward teaching, bedside demonstrations, and hands-on experience in the operation theater. Our goal is to equip future doctors with strong clinical reasoning and surgical fundamentals.

The department offers postgraduate programs such as MS in General Surgery under the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS) and Bangladesh Medical University (BMU).
